Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare in Ontario is hiring a dedicated Personal Support Worker to deliver compassionate in-home care to clients in Grand Bend and surrounding communities. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours, with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent.
• English fluency in written and spoken English.
• French proficiency for Quebec or service requirement.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home Personal Support Worker services to clients in Grand Bend and surrounding areas.
• Follow care plans and document care activities accurately.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborate with Bayshore clinical team to ensure high-quality, safe care.
