Job summary

Martell Group is hiring a Business Leader to run Winly, an AI-powered CRM portfolio company. You will own the P&L, the team across sales, CS, and engineering, and drive product strategy from customer insight to a focused roadmap.

You’ll report to the Martell Ventures partners and build a scalable growth engine with disciplined tradeoffs. You’ll lead a lean team, shape pricing and positioning, and ensure activation, retention, and growth while preparing the business for an eventual exit with

Qualifications

• Experience leading a SaaS or subscription business to multi-million ARR or exit.
• Strong product management chops with ability to translate feedback into clear requirements.
• Ability to prepare a business for an exit event with durable retention and solid metrics.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and managing teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth engine: go-to-market, channels, funnels, and pricing.
• Own retention: activate users, reduce churn, expand account value, lead CS team.
• Run the company: manage P&L, forecast, and product roadmap with the leadership team.
• Build the business beyond the funnel: maintain clean operating metrics and board visibility.
