Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Property Management, preferably multi-residential.
• Experience with the Residential Tenancy Act and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of multi-residential properties.
• Ensure properties are well maintained and all issues are addressed.
• Complete annual property operating budget and monthly variance analysis.
