We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused specifically on acquiring, retaining, and deepening relationships with our members. This role centers on understanding and enhancing the member experience across our chequing and savings products, ensuring that every touchpoint builds engagement and loyalty. You will take ownership to develop and execute on strategies to attract new members, design retention programs that keep them engaged, and implement initiatives that encourage deeper product adoption and higher member satisfaction. Leveraging data‑driven insights, you’ll position Vancity to meet evolving member needs and deliver compelling value propositions at every stage of the member journey.
Success in this role means identifying untapped opportunities for growth among current and prospective members, crafting incentives tailored to their needs, and executing go‑to‑market campaigns that drive measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative marketing initiatives that increase acquisition, nurture ongoing relationships, and minimize attrition throughout the member lifecycle.
In addition, you possess a deep understanding of digital channels and are skilled at optimizing them to maximize member engagement and acquisition. By staying current with evolving digital trends and leveraging analytics, you ensure that each campaign delivers measurable impact and aligns with members’ preferences. You’ll have a Sr. Marketing Specialist supporting you in setting strategies, executing plans, and measuring campaign performance. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping Vancity’s member‑focused marketing approach.
This is a permanent, full‑time position with hybrid working arrangements based primarily at the Vancity head office and your Lower Mainland home office. Periodically, you’ll attend in‑person activities or events to connect with members and stakeholders.

This role offers a salary range of $91,000 to $136,400 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
