A municipal government entity in Saint John seeks a Growth Manager to lead and evaluate the City’s growth-related efforts. This role involves strategic advice on budgets, program development, and working with regional partners to foster economic growth. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least five years of experience in project planning and stakeholder relations.
The City of Saint John’s Growth Manager will play a leadership role in developing, executing and evaluating all the City’s growth‑related efforts. With support from the Chief Administrative Officer and the Growth and Community Development Services Team, the role will lead the integration of a growth culture across municipal service areas and act as the key contact with external growth agencies, partners, and facilities.
Position involves variable hours and may include a Flexible Time Options Program allowing a 4 or 5‑day work week.
