Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in senior strategic sales leadership roles ideally in facilities management or related services.
  • 10 years of progressive leadership with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Strong financial and negotiation skills with experience closing large complex service contracts.
  • Ability to shape commercial strategy and link decisions to P&L outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the FM Business Unit.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and client acquisition plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals in Ontario.
  • Drive disciplined use of CRM, forecasting, and standardized sales processes.
  • Collaborate across marketing, operations, and estimating teams to deliver client success.
