Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Business Analyst to serve as a key contributor in our Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be the Warehouse Management System (WMS) migration from on-premise to a SaaS platform. Following the migration, the role will transition to driving Continuous Improvement (CI) across our core Distribution/Global Logistics applications, specifically WMS, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and 3PL integrations.

Main Responsibilities

Phase 1: WMS SaaS Migration & Implementation

  • Act as a core member of the project team, actively assisting in the WMS system migration (from on-premise to SaaS) by defining detailed functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Lead the solution design for WMS, ensuring that the new WMS platform is configured and integrated to meet long-term organizational objectives;
  • Analyze and understand the upstream/downstream technical implications of the new system architecture, assessing impacts on integrated applications (e.g., ERP, PLM);
  • Participate directly in the technical implementation phase, translating designed specifications into executable technical tasks and configurations.

Phase 2: CI & System Optimization (WMS & PLM)

  • Provide technical and functional expertise to identify, design, and implement optimizations for both the WMS and PLM systems, enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze departmental needs related to supply chain applications and establish effective, scalable system solutions;
  • Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and scenarios to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation with QA and Business teams;
  • Own the application portfolio's incident resolution process, providing level 2/3 technical troubleshooting and coordinating with third-party support for the timely and efficient resolution of complex issues;
  • Contribute to the development of a forward-looking roadmap for both WMS and PLM systems, ensuring alignment with the overall supply chain business vision.
Qualifications
  • This role requires a unique blend of deep supply chain operational knowledge and a strong technical aptitude to design, implement, and optimize sophisticated system solutions that align with our innovative roadmap.
  • Be proficient in both technical and functional aspects of WMS (PLM knowledge is a plus);
  • Have technical expertise in SQL and integrations (API, xml);
  • Have experience working directly with end business users in bringing complex systems or applications projects to successful completion;
  • Have an excellent understanding of the integration of the people, processes, and technology needed to implement change;
  • Be able to partner with various teams to coordinate and prioritize projects and initiatives;
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
It’s even better if you…
  • Have experience in a retail organization;
  • Are able to thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced workplace;
  • Easily and comfortably challenge the status quo by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
Benefits
  • A comprehensive compensation package that includes performance-driven bonuses;
  • A group retirement savings program with employer matching;
  • Flexible group insurance with personalized coverage that meets your needs;
  • An employee discount at Garage and Dynamite;
  • Exclusive private sample sales;
  • A flexible vacation policy;
  • And more!
