As a Group Strategy Director at Critical Mass, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver purpose-driven, insight-driven strategies that drive exceptional client outcomes. You will oversee the quality and effectiveness of all strategic work across projects and accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends. Your ability to plan and execute complex projects will provide an in-depth understanding of client needs, their competitive landscape, and key industry dynamics. You will be a trusted partner to multidisciplinary teams, from Creative to Technology, and will be expected to communicate your insights and strategies clearly across all levels.
