Job summary

Qualifications

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Implement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.
  • Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
  • Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
  • Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
  • Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
Your Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree or Certification in technical field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment
  • Preferred experience in maintenance related field
  • Experience leading functional teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (example: OSHA, EPA)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Goal and results oriented
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949:2016
  • Knowledge of CMMS, SAP preferred
