A leading Canadian mutual life insurance company is looking for a dynamic individual to manage relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and Third-Party Providers (TPP) in Moncton. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance support, coordinating audits, delivering training, and supervising data analysis teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, strong customer service skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Reporting to the Manager you will play a key role in managing relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and Third-Party Providers (TPP) within the group insurance business line. You will oversee compliance support, new contract implementation, and ensure smooth collaboration with partners. You will work on strategic initiatives, coordinate audits and training, and manage communications with partners. Additionally you will supervise team members involved in data analysis and accounting, promoting best practices and operational efficiency.
