A leading international financial services provider in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Manager for Group Benefits business to oversee risk management and contract oversight. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, with strong skills in negotiation and process improvement. This hybrid role includes responsibilities in governance and collaboration across multiple stakeholders, offering a salary range of $80,700 - $145,260 CAD.

Qualifications

  • Lead the Client Customization Review Committee.
  • Identify process gaps and initiate improvements.
