Major Responsibilities
  • Perform snow removal and landscaping duties such as shoveling, blowing, sweeping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep.
  • Inspect building grounds regularly to make sure everything looks professional and meets contract and company standards.
  • Plant, water, and maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and other greenery to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive.
  • Help install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and other outdoor equipment.
  • Watch for and report any safety hazards or damage that needs attention.
  • Respond promptly to work requests or emergencies, especially during snow or storm events.
  • Represent Edon positively when interacting with clients, tenants, and subcontractors.
  • Work safely, show initiative, and contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous landscaping or maintenance experience considered an asset
  • Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer care and communication skills
  • Ability to operate small power equipment used in landscape maintenance
  • Ability to work on‑call hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays depending on weather and workload
