Job description

Western Canadian Aerial Ltd. is currently hiring for a Ground Manager for the 2026 season.

Anticipated Start Date: Full-time May through September term, with the opportunity of year round employment.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Accurately mix crop protection products (chemicals)
  • Load and fuel aircraft safely and efficiently
  • Wash airplanes and clean windows as needed
  • Load trucks and organize chemical (requires moderate lifting)
  • Yard, runway and equipment maintenance
  • Supervise and coordinate other ground crew members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Applicant Must:

  • Possess a Class 3 Drivers License with a clean Drivers Abstract (Class 5 drivers may be considered provided they are willing to obtain their Class 3 license)
  • Obtain WHMIS Certificate and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (taken through WCA)
  • Have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Be highly motivated, reliable, organized and willing to work as a team
  • Follow health and safety practices (PPE use, aircraft safety, etc.)
  • Be willing to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, and weekends)

Competitive wage and overtime. Agriculture and/or aviation knowledge is an asset.
