Provigo Store Team Members are essential to creating a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring products are available and customers are assisted with care. Training is provided; no prior experience is required to start and grow with the team.

You will support stocking, merchandising, and checkout processes, while upholding health and safety standards and embracing the company’s core values of care, ownership, respect and excellence.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided to set you up for success.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail and a team orientation are important for customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by keeping shelves stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock displays to meet company standards.
• Assist with inventory, scanning accuracy, and ordering where needed.
• Set up and run store promotions and programs as directed.
• Keep department areas neat and adhere to health and safety standards.
