Job summary

Your Independent Grocer, a Loblaw banner, is hiring Store Team Members. You will help provide a positive in-store shopping experience, stock shelves, and assist customers. Training is provided and no prior experience is required to start a rewarding role.

You may work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends; you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the department as needed. This is a unionized position with the range communicated in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
