Job summary

Your Independent Grocer, part of Loblaw Companies Limited, is hiring store colleagues to support daily operations and customer service across our Alberta locations. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and help with promotions while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced retail setting.

No prior retail experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekend shifts is encouraged to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Training provided to set you up for success.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves per company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-promoted promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
