Your Independent Grocer, operated under the Loblaw umbrella, is seeking Store Team Members to help deliver a positive in-store shopping experience. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and contribute to promotions while maintaining safety standards.

No previous experience is required; training is provided. Flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends are available, with a unionized environment and a starting hourly rate described below.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
