Job summary

Loblaw's Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is hiring Store Team Members to create a positive in-store experience. You will help ensure shelves are stocked, assist customers, and support promotions while upholding health and safety standards.

No prior experience required; training provided. Flexibility to work varied hours including days, evenings and weekends, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and constant movement throughout shifts, in a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a variety hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
