Job summary

Acosta Group Canada is seeking Merchandisers for the east side of the Montreal island in a hybrid role. You will handle planogram resets, in-store inventory, stock rotation, and display maintenance.

Schedule is 0-40 hours per week with a Monday to Friday window (6:30am–16:00), travel may be required, and there is a guaranteed hourly wage. We welcome applicants dedicated to teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Merchandising experience is desirable.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to travel for projects (overnights possible).
• Attention to detail and ability to execute planograms accurately.

Responsibilities

• Place products accurately on shelves and execute planograms.
• Set up promotional materials and maintain displays.
• Monitor inventory to prevent stock-outs and rotate stock.
• Create in-store reports documenting actions and results.
• Collaborate with store staff to maintain organized shelves.

DESCRIPTION

Acosta Canada / Mosaic is currently seeking Merchandisers for the East side of the Montreal island (hybrid). In this role, you will play an essential part in planogram resets, in-store inventory management, stock rotation and replenishment, fixture assembly, and the cleaning and maintenance of displays, among other merchandising duties.

Position: 0-40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves.
• Ensure the execution of planograms at our client's site. A grocery retailer.Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs.
• Set up and install promotional materials.
• Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy.
• Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
• Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
• Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Any other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Merchandising experience (desirable)
• Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Availability to travel for special projects (possible overnights)
• Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
• Takes a sense of pride in the quality of service provided
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines
• Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
