Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Delta, BC is hiring a General Clerk for 16-24 hours per week. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, operating a cash register, stocking and presenting products, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You will share product knowledge with customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to a positive in-store experience. Weekend availability is preferred, and benefits and pension eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.
