Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Grocery Department Standards: keeps the grocery department clean, organized, and properly zoned to be customer-ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: rotates merchandise regularly and removes expired or damaged products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: ensures merchandise is correctly signed and priced; follows procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, and labeling.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: follows food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe, hygienic work environment.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: ensures the department is fully stocked by stocking merchandise and picks, completing downstocking, and setting modulars.
• Health and Safety Compliance: follows health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Flexibility: be open to working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
