Job summary

No Frills Whitby is seeking a Talented Manager to directly influence sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver excellent service while upholding merchandising and store standards.

This role requires prior retail or food service management, a proven ability to build customer loyalty, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You will drive departmental results and foster a positive, inclusive workplace for colleagues and customers

• Prior department-specific experience preferred.

Hiring Range / Salary At Hire: $37,500.00 - $55,300.00 per year. Candidate experience, knowledge and geographical region may influence compensation.
