Your Independent Grocer in Ontario is seeking Store Team Members to deliver friendly customer service, stock shelves, and maintain clean, organized displays. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and meeting customer needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You may work varied hours, including days, evenings and weekends, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while adhering to health and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
