Job summary

No Frills is seeking friendly Store Colleagues to join our Calgary area locations. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, ensure shelves are well stocked, and help customers find products. You may work across departments, support inventory needs, and participate in promotions.

A focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork is essential, with training provided for success. Flexibility for various shifts and departments, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a positive in-store

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by keeping shelves stocked and assisting customers.
• Maintain and stock displays to company standards.

• Keep areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
