Join Our Team at Innisfail Food Store! Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment? Our Innisfail Food Store is offering an excellent opportunity for you! We’re currently looking for a part-time Grocery Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Position

Grocery Clerk

Part-time

24 – 36 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability

Weekdays and weekends – mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Address customer requests in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Unload grocery shipments
  • Receive, organize, and display merchandise
  • Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
