Real Canadian Superstore in Oshawa, part of Loblaw Companies Limited, is hiring Store Team Members to help customers and keep shelves stocked. You will assist with inventory, pricing, and promotions while delivering friendly service. No prior experience required; training is provided. Flexible hours include days, evenings and weekends, with lifting up to 50 lbs.

This is a unionized role with starting pay shown in the posting; a supportive environment and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

What You’ll Do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
