Your Independent Grocer in Edson, Alberta, is seeking store colleagues to deliver a positive in-store experience. You will ensure shelves are stocked, assist customers, and support promotions while maintaining health and safety standards.

No previous retail experience is required as training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment. The role offers flexibility across shifts, with a focus on teamwork and reliable service.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
