Job summary

Your Independent Grocer is hiring store clerks to provide friendly service, stock shelves, and assist customers across departments. You’ll help maintain displays, ensure accurate pricing and scanning, and support promotions while keeping areas tidy and safe.

Training is provided; flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is required, with lifting up to 50lbs and mobility throughout shifts in a fast-paced store environment.

• No previous experience is required; training is provided.

• Able to move up to 50lbs and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
