Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking Store Team Members who will deliver a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and ensuring displays meet company standards.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends; ability to move up to 50 lbs; this is a unionized position with a starting hourly pay range of CAD 15.00 to CAD 25.50.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
