Job summary

No Frills is seeking Store Team Members to help deliver a positive in-store shopping experience. You will ensure shelves are stocked, assist customers, and support promotions while upholding health and safety standards.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required as you start and grow with the team. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is expected, and you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shifts.

What You'll Do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
