Your Independent Grocer in Canada is hiring Store Team Members to provide a positive in‑store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers and maintaining product displays. No previous experience is required; we offer training to set you up for success, with flexible hours that may include days, evenings and weekends.

You should be a team player with attention to detail, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and committed to customer service, safety and sustainable business practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
