Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age and completed Grade 9.
• Previous grocery or retail experience is an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks safely.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service in the grocery department.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper product placement.
• Receive and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles, storage, and display areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and merchandising plans as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service by meeting customer needs.
• Educate customers on the benefits of membership.
