Job summary

Your Independent Grocer is seeking friendly store clerks in Canada to join our team. You will help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and keeping displays neat and compliant with health and safety standards.

No previous experience required—training is provided. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is expected; you may lift up to 50 lbs and move about the store as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
