Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Langdon, AB is hiring a Grocery Clerk to help keep our department welcoming and well stocked. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and ensure only the freshest items are on display. Open availability and early starts align with our team’s busy mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and go the extra mile.
• Availability to work shifts starting at 8:00am.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and share product knowledge.
• Keep department stocked and well-presented.
• Ensure freshest products are displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide a positive experience.
• Clean equipment and work area to maintain safety.
• Operate a variety of equipment, including knives.

Open availability is preferred.

Shifts can start at 8:00am.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:
