Job summary

Save-On-Foods is hiring a Grocery Clerk for our Trinity Hill location in Calgary, AB. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining stocked and attractive departments, and ensuring only fresh products are displayed.

You will handle customer inquiries, keep the area clean and safe, and support team members to help us go the extra mile for shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Able to stock and present products
• Comfort with sanitation and safety standards
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers

We are hiring for a Grocery Clerk at our Trinity Hill location in Calgary, AB.
Open Evening Availability Is Preferred.
You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).
