Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking a Brand Ambassador for in-store sampling at Sobeys stores in Ontario. This permanent part-time position offers casual shifts throughout the year, with scheduling based on business needs and Thursday–Sunday availability.

The role pays $21 per hour, with training provided before the first shift and reporting duties after each shift. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred, and certificates like Food Handler and Smart Serve

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler and Smart Serve certificates prior to the interview.
• Available Thursday-Sunday.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local Sobeys grocery stores
• Share key product information and answer customer questions
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts)
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down)
• Complete reporting after each shift
