Job summary

Loblaw is seeking Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience, stocking shelves, answering customer questions, and supporting promotions. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

You’ll work flexible hours, handle shifting duties, and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient store environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and a readiness to learn while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
