• Maintain Grocery Department Standards: keeps the grocery department clean, organized, and properly zoned to be customer-ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: rotates merchandise and removes expired or damaged products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: ensures signage and pricing are correct and follows procedures for ordering, markups, signing, and labeling.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: follows safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: ensures department is fully stocked and ready by stocking items and completing modulars and shelf caps.
• Health and Safety Compliance: adheres to health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
