Responsibilities

• Maintain Grocery Department Standards: Keeps the grocery department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: Rotates merchandise regularly and removes expired or damaged products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: Ensures merchandise is correctly signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Follows food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: Ensures the department is fully stocked and ready for business by stocking merchandise and picks, completing down-stocking as required, applying product protection when needed, and setting and completing modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follows all Health and Safety guidelines and Company policies to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
