Job summary

Lora Bay is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Outside Services Attendants to join our team in Thornbury. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, greeting them warmly and ensuring a first-class experience while upholding club policies and golf service operations.

We offer full-time and part-time roles starting in August through October, with opportunities for growth and involvement in events and daily golf operations at a premier golf destination.

Qualifications

• High school level English communication skills.
• Prior experience in the resort/golf industry is an asset.
• Must excel in customer service.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the day’s tee sheet to familiarize yourself with arriving members and guests.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Assist in the bag drop area and with golf clubs as needed.
• Support in maintaining a clean and well-organized club storage area.
• Set up and maintain the cleanliness of the driving range and golf balls.
