This role offers the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and suggestions for marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is excited about growth, adaptable, and committed to the team's success. You should enjoy experimenting, learning new techniques and software, and contributing to a positive, creative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on a variety of projects in a small team environment, from concept to execution.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences (UI/UX) for software products.
  • Create branding elements, advertising materials, motion graphics, presentations and web designs.
  • Develop innovative design ideas and provide input on marketing strategies.
  • Iterate on art pieces with a focus on elevating quality and creativity.
  • Adapt to team workflows and tools while bringing your own expertise to the table.
Key Skills and Attributes
  • Mid‑to‑senior level experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work.
  • Proficiency in core design tools such as Affinity Designer and Adobe suite (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator).
  • Ability to work independently, generate proactive ideas, and thrive with minimal oversight.
  • A proactive mindset: Driven to seek out solutions and pursue continuous growth as an artist through self‑directed learning and professional development.
  • Passion for team collaboration and output quality over individual accolades.
  • Canadian resident with a time zone compatible with British Columbia and Saskatchewan teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our Saskatoon office for team meetings or collaboration (if not based in Saskatoon).
  • Openness to join the team for company events and exhibitions when opportunities arise.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
  • Hands‑on experience with Figma for collaborative UI/UX workflows.
  • 3D skills, particularly with tools like Blender, to support motion graphics for presentations and marketing videos.
  • Build presentations with PowerPoint.
  • Video editing capabilities to enhance multimedia projects.
  • Familiarity with Godot for interactive prototypes or Webflow for web design.
  • Traditional drawing skills to bring unique, hand‑crafted elements to our designs.
Perks & Benefits

  • Health & Wellness: Staying healthy is important; we provide health, dental, life, and disability insurance, along with our employee assistance program (EAP).
  • Development Opportunities: We value your career development by offering professional support, training reimbursement programs, Lunch n' Learns, etc.
  • Social: We enjoy getting together at our company golf tournament, Christmas parties, summer BBQs, etc.
  • Culture: Join our innovative, collaborative, and energetic environment.
  • Flexibility: We try to accommodate real life as much as possible.
  • Office: Plenty to do besides work with a gym and golf simulator. We are within walking distance of a golf course, too!
