Job summary

Southern Irrigation is seeking a motivated Graphic Designer & Marketing Support for our Chilliwack, BC location. Part-time (20–30 hrs/wk), you will create graphics for print, web, email and social media and assist with day-to-day marketing activities.

Ideal candidates have a strong design portfolio and are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with solid layout and communication skills. Collaboration with printers and vendors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graphic design portfolio required.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Excellent layout, colour and presentation sense.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with social media, email marketing and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create graphics for print, web, email and social media.
• Marketing Support: Assist with social media content and scheduling, emails and promotions.
• Prepare materials for events and trade shows and coordinate with printers.
• Organize photos, templates and marketing files.
• Support other marketing activities as required.
