Job description

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Graphic Designer IV for their Toronto, ON location.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver effective best‑in‑class creative for both digital and print collateral in support of business objectives.
  • Support Client Securities across offices throughout North America, Europe, and Asia‑Pacific by collaborating with marketing and business partners to provide design solutions, brand guidance, and creative direction.
  • Provide creative support for Client events, programs and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop branded print and digital creative including signage, registration websites, email communications, invitations, brochures, and presentations while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Apply creative briefs to elevate client experience for hosted events and conferences.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining knowledge of Client’s brand and visual identity guidelines.
  • Share knowledge and expertise within the Creative Services team.
  • Contribute to impactful projects and career development.
Requirements
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
  • Experience supporting events, marketing, and conferences with creative deliverables.
  • Experience using event‑planning platforms.
  • Post‑secondary education; design‑related credentials are an asset.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, time‑management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML (asset).
  • Preferred: corporate experience in banking, financial, insurance, or marketing environments.
