Canaccord Genuity Corp. in Toronto is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. You will create polished advisor and client-facing materials across print, digital, and web channels, while supporting day-to-day production and larger creative initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong design fundamentals, brand adherence, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This in-office position offers growth and collaboration within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in-house, agency, or fast-paced environments.
• Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related discipline.
• Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, colour and image selection.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience designing for print and digital with production-ready artwork and brand guidelines.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and polished work across print and digital.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, presentations, ads, social content, event collateral).
• Collaborate with Advisor Marketing Managers to translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
• Develop digital content for advisor websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects in the production queue while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate print production when needed.
• Contribute to larger campaigns and brand initiatives as opportunities arise.
