An innovative eLearning company is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with over 5 years of experience to craft visually compelling eLearning materials. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline, collaborating with clients to enhance learning experiences. This role offers the flexibility of remote work based in Canada.

We accomplish this through Learning and Documentation Solutions, including operational and technical content development, customized eLearning development, and content architecture.
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Learning Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a passion for designing engaging, visually compelling eLearning materials.
Design and format eLearning content including storyboards, modules, infographics, and other digital assets.
Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and clients to bring learning experiences to life.
Apply brand guidelines and accessibility standards to all visual content.
Create and edit multimedia assets including animations, illustrations, and videos.
Support the development of interactive learning using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a learning or professional services environment.
Expert-level proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Articulate Storyline and Rise
Vyond or similar video animation tools
Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience working with instructional designers and SMEs to translate content into effective visuals.
Ability to quickly determine customer needs and effectively represent customer brand.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
