The Position

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Learning Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has a passion for designing engaging, visually compelling eLearning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and format eLearning content including storyboards, modules, infographics, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and clients to bring learning experiences to life.
• Apply brand guidelines and accessibility standards to all visual content.
• Create and edit multimedia assets including animations, illustrations, and videos.
• Support the development of interactive learning using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a learning or professional services environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Vyond or similar video animation tools
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience working with instructional designers and SMEs to translate content into effective visuals.
• Ability to quickly determine customer needs and effectively represent customer brand.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
