Ideal Candidate
  • Fast and adaptable, with a strong eye for clean, engaging, and professional design.
  • Skilled in delivering a large volume of multimedia content daily across multiple formats.
  • Excels at designing for social media, digital ads, websites, email newsletters, print materials, etc.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Able to contribute creative ideas, open to feedback, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with AI platforms to enhance workflows and optimize output.
  • Collaborative and resourceful, with strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver visual content including static graphics, animations, and videos, for a variety of platforms including social media, digital advertising, websites, email, and print.
  • Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, posters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Adapt design / video templates and create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Manage multiple design requests, prioritizing workload while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Contribute fresh design ideas to the marketing team during brainstorming and planning sessions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality production.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, social media styles, and digital best practices.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar video editing platforms is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
  • Knowledge of preparing print-ready files and managing vendor / production process.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactive, creative, and capable of handling fast-paced project demands.
  • Immediately available to start.
