Booster Juice is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to elevate our brand across Canada. This in-person, full-time role is based at our Edmonton Corporate Office and collaborates with the National Director of Marketing to craft visuals, photos, and video content for national campaigns.

You will design print and digital materials, manage assets, and support franchise promotions while ensuring brand consistency. Minimum 1–2 years in design and proficiency in Adobe CC are required.

Formación

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Photography skills including lighting, styling, and editing required.
• Videography and motion graphics for social media experience is a plus.

We are expanding our team and looking for a creative, passionate Graphic Designer who will not only elevate our brand but also embody our commitment to a healthy, active lifestyle. This full-time, in-person position is based out of our Corporate Office at 3050 Parsons Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T6N 1B1. You will work directly with the National Director of Marketing to craft eye-catching visuals, photography, and video content for both national and regional campaigns, with your work promoting our brand across Canada, from social media content to in-store displays and large-scale advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the National Director of Marketing and our Marketing Department to develop eye-catching visuals for all national and regional campaigns
• Plan, shoot, and edit photography for product, lifestyle, in-store, and social media use
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, digital advertising, and in-store screens
• Interpret project briefs to design compelling campaign elements that resonate with our audience
• Design print and digital advertising, in-store signage, menu boards, and packaging graphics
• Manage your creative queue to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Ensure all designs adhere to Booster Juice brand guidelines while infusing your own style
• Maintain and organize the brand photo and video asset library
• Support Franchise Partners across Canada with local promotions and event materials
• Collaborate on national marketing materials, new product launches, and large-scale campaigns
• Assist with operational and store development requests, ensuring brand consistency throughout
• Keep IT, Store Development, Franchising, and Operations teams updated on project progress
• Work with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials
• Contribute fresh, creative ideas that enhance our marketing efforts and set us apart in the market

What You Bring:

• A Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Animate, Lightroom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated photography skills, including lighting, styling, and editing.
• Videography and video editing skills, including shooting, editing, and motion graphics for social media.
• Comfort operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment on in-house shoots.
• Strong understanding of web design fundamentals and file preparation for web.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Attention to detail, quality assurance, and a readiness to handle constructive feedback.
• Experience with print production and prepress skills (an asset).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• A drivers’ license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset for in-town events.
• Previous experience in retail, food, or consumer brand marketing is considered an asset.
