Job summary

Marketers on Demand is seeking a Graphic Design Project Manager to turn creative ideas into well-executed projects across marketing, product and external production partners. You’ll own projects from brief to delivery, ensuring on-brand work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will coordinate designers, stakeholders and vendors, build timelines, manage revisions, and optimize workflows to keep multiple programs moving smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in creative project management, studio management, creative operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of graphic design and creative production workflows.
• Experience working directly with designers and creative teams.
• Experience with print, packaging, presentations, signage, trade show or marketing materials.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront or Wrike.

MoD is on the hunt for a Graphic Design Project Manager who can turn creative ideas into well-executed projects, keeping designers, stakeholders, vendors, timelines and deliverables moving in sync.

You’ll own projects from creative brief to final delivery, working across Marketing, Sales, Product Development and external production partners. From packaging and product mock-ups to presentations, trade show graphics and marketing materials, you’ll make sure the right work gets done, on time, on brand and to a high standard.
