• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline preferred.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior designers.
• Strong proficiency in design and motion/video production software.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design, video, and animation within Burger King brand identity.
• Lead end-to-end creation of video and motion content for campaigns and social media.
• Mentor and develop a Junior Graphic Designer with clear goals and feedback.
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and external agencies on campaigns.
